Welcome to ColoRa! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ColoRa mobile application ("App") developed by Mark Studio | UG tREX (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

ColoRa provides downloadable wallpapers with multiple color options and design formats (PNG and SVG). You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, or as outlined below.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Terms

All wallpapers available in ColoRa are original creations by ColoRa and are protected by copyright laws.

✅ Permitted Uses:

Personal and creative use, including in:
- Advertisements
- Social media posts
- Websites
- Videos
- Business materials
Usage in both personal and commercial contexts is allowed as long as the wallpapers themselves are not sold or monetized directly.

❌ Prohibited Uses:

Selling, reselling, or licensing wallpapers
Using wallpapers in any product for sale (e.g., prints, digital products, merchandise)
Uploading to other wallpaper or design platforms
Claiming wallpapers as your own

3. User Content

This app does not allow user-generated content. Users cannot upload, submit, or post content through the app.

4. Third-Party Services

ColoRa integrates the following third-party services:

Firebase (by Google): used only as a backend database to store and deliver wallpapers.
Google AdMob: used for displaying ads.
OneSignal: used for sending push notifications.

Each service may collect limited, non-personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data through third-party services. The app does not require account creation or collect personal information.

6. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer

All content is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app.
ColoRa is not responsible for misuse of the content by users or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColoRa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or its content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country or region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
