Artwork and game progress
Color Haven does not require an account. Your coloring progress, Free Paint projects, palettes, favorites, settings, and rewards are stored on your device. The app does not send these saved artwork records to an Almost Apps server. If you choose to export an image or backup, you select where to save or share that file; your device's operating system and any destination you choose may handle it under their own policies. Device backup services may also handle app data according to your device settings.
You can remove locally stored Color Haven data using your device's app-storage controls. Clearing app storage removes local artwork and preferences; separately exported files and device backups are controlled by you and their storage provider.
Advertising
The Android version of Color Haven includes Google AdMob for occasional interstitial ads at natural breaks after coloring. Google's advertising and consent services may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID when available, for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Color Haven does not request precise GPS location. Google handles this information under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and its partner-sites explanation (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites); it is not part of your saved artwork.
For adults on Android, Color Haven checks Google's consent status before requesting an ad. Where required, a consent message appears before ad requests, and Settings offers “Ad privacy choices” when Google requires that control. Ads are skipped if consent is unavailable or an ad cannot load. Google's retention periods vary by data type and purpose; Almost Apps cannot delete Google's records on your behalf.
The iOS version does not currently include AdMob ads. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
Support messages
If you email Almost Apps, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to answer your request and keep relevant support records. Resolved support correspondence is retained for up to one year after resolution. Please do not send sensitive information or entire device backups. Support correspondence is handled through the support email provider.
Intended audience
Color Haven is intended for people aged 13 and older, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Almost Apps, contact the address above.
On Android, Color Haven asks for your birth month and year on first launch to decide whether ads may be shown. The app saves only the adult-or-minor result on your device, not the birth month or year. Users under 18 play without ads.
