Pastapalooza: 

Pastapalooza is coming up Friday 1/30, registration link comes out today! Spots fill up quickly, so make sure to register right away if you want to attend! 

First seating starts at 5:30pm! 

Skate-A-Thon:

Our annual Skate-A-Thon is coming up February 12th! We will be sending out fundraising information shortly! 

  Teacher Brunches:

A tradition at Colonial Hills is for each grade to host a brunch for the teachers and staff that helps create such a wonderful community at the school. While each grade is assigned a date (listed below), you are welcome to volunteer to provide items for any of the brunch dates. The signups are already live if you want to plan ahead. We will also send reminders a few weeks in advance to the host grade so individuals are able to sign up if they are able. We are flexible with what food items are supplied, but we do ask that all items are peanut and tree nut free. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact Annie Schuster at anneb.schuster@gmail.com.

Cardboard Challenge: 

It's time for our annual Cardboard Challenge! This is a fun, casual event where students and their family can come build and create with cardboard! Hopefully you have collected a lot of fun boxes and cardboard for us to use! If you have boxes/cardboard that you want to donate, you can drop it off at the gym doors after school on Thursday or Friday after school.

PE Skating Unit Program 1/12-2/3: 

During P.E. class, from January 12th through February 3rd, all students will have the opportunity to roller skate!

 All students must wear socks in order to participate. It is recommend keeping an extra pair in your child's backpack during skating weeks.

• Cost: $12 per student

• Payment: Must pay online at MyPaymentsPlus (MPP)

• MyPaymentsPlus (MPP) access instructions located here.

• Families may choose to sponsor a skater by following the MPP instructions above.

This year’s theme is “I Belong.” Students are invited to create and submit original works of art in dance, music, film, photography, literature, and visual arts. Submissions are due at school or via email by 5 PM on Tuesday, December 9th. Parents/caregivers, please see the guidelines and send all questions to Jen Leonard at jenniferluebbersleonard@gmail.com. Physical submissions should be turned into the front office; electronic submissions should be emailed to jenniferluebbersleonard@gmail.com.
