Decommissions / Leaving Your Regiment

Only your Brigade Commissioner+ may commission and decommission people. If anyone else commissions / decommissions someone, it is considered corruption. Upon decommission, officers will be demoted to the rank of Lance Corporal. Your Major General and Brigadier set any other rules about leaving your regiment.
