Website Design & Development Terms of Service
By hiring Coll Web Designs, the client agrees to the following terms:
The Designer agrees to design and develop a custom website and social media accounts, Google Maps and a business email for the client based on the agreed project brief. The work includes design, layout, development and content integration built to client specifications and as outlined by the client during the consultation. The Client is entitled to up to 4 rounds of reasonable revisions during the one month design phase. Additional revisions or significant changes to scope may incur extra charges, to be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Once the website is completed and launched, the Designer will provide 1 month of basic post-launch support. Ongoing support or maintenance beyond this period will not be offered.
All content images that need to be photographed of your business, employees etc. must be supplied by you, the client, unless otherwise agreed. The Designer retains the right to showcase the project in their portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise with the client in writing.
Please note that Coll Web Designs does not directly manage or process bookings or payments on your behalf. If you require online booking or payment functionality, we can integrate external links to third-party platforms such as Stripe / PayPal, or a external booking apps/websites. It is the client’s responsibility to set up and manage these accounts. We will ensure that the appropriate buttons or links are added to your website as part of the build we provide.
Coll Web Designs provides website creation and design services but does not guarantee compliance with accessibility laws such as the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023 (S.I. No. 636/2023), effective from 28 June 2025. While many small businesses may be exempt from these regulations, Coll Web Design bears no responsibility or liability for compliance with these, or any other laws or regulations.
The website becomes the Client’s property upon full payment. The Designer does not assume responsibility for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain, email). Payment terms are 25% upfront, 75% on delivery.
These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted once the client provides approval by email for the work to begin.
