Graduate students in Computer Science may obtain credit for attending CS colloquium lectures. For an in-person talk, bring a copy of this attendance form and submit to the faculty organizer at the end of the talk. For an online talk, please keep your video on while on Zoom and the organizer will record your attendance. Also make sure your full name (first name + last name) is displayed on your zoom window, otherwise your attendance will not be recorded.

If online, please use the zoom link listed in the main page for each talk. If in-person, please refrain from using laptop during presentation.
