How to get a Collinsville Community Library Card:
You must be a permanent resident of Grayson County.
Texas Driver's license or official Texas picture I.D. This will be used for the patron's photo I.D. in the library's ILS.
One other official document with name and current physical Grayson County address of applicant. If I.D. doesn't have current physical Grayson County address or doesn't match official document, two (2) official documents will need to be shown.
Call reference: a person with a different address and phone number of applicant.
Parents only, or person with custody of a minor, may fill out registration card for a juvenile under the age of sixteen(16).
Library card must be picked up at the library, with license or photo I.D. shown. This is for your protection.
