Please upload the following documents

1). Federal Documentation (1040, 1099, Schedule C, etc.)

2). IT 201 - New York State taxes

3). Documentation of federal subsidy (SNAP, WIC, cash benefits, etc.)

4). Documentation of Child Support

5). Documentation of untaxed income (unemployment, SSI, SSD, etc.)

6). Documentation of child support (if ordered through the court)

7). Documentation of 529/college saving accounts
