Additional Funding Applications
Funding covers two summer courses for up to $2,500.
Application period generally runs from April through early July.
Funding covers one winter course for up to $1,300.
Application period generally runs from October through mid January.
Note: Summer and Winter Funding applications require documented support from your institutional academic advisor. You may download, fill out, and provide your institutional academic advisor this form.
Current College Last Dollar Grants are offered to second semester freshmen and above who didn’t get an LDG as an incoming college freshman. This award is for Baltimore City Public High School graduates whose student aid index and financial aid package total is less than the cost to attend college. Students who are awarded a CollegeBound Foundation Last Dollar Grant are eligible to receive a renewable grant of up to $3,000 per year. These grants are gift aid that does not have to be repaid.
MUST HAVE:
90 credits earned (or more), if attending a 4-year college
OR
30 credits earned (or more credits), if attending a 2-year college
have exhausted all other resources
are in good academic standing

The Student Opportunity Fund (SOF) provides supplemental financial support to help scholars enrich their academic and professional journeys through professional meetings, research conferences, academic competitions, college-organized enrichment trips, symposiums, training seminars, workshops, internships, and other activities that enhance students' learning and career development. Students may apply for one SOF grant per school year (up to $1,500), and for internships may receive $200 per week up to $2,500 total.

The intent of the Emergency Fund is to provide emergency grants for students who experience unexpected financial difficulties. Funding may not be used for housing, tuition, or books.
