The test measures the student’s achievement in a number of subjects during his study in the science section of the general secondary stage, and is presented in Arabic.

Aim of the Test:

Measuring the achievement of secondary school students in specific subjects.

The questions of the different test sections focus on general concepts in the following subjects:

• Biology

• Chemistry

• Physics

• Mathematics

N.B: Academic achievement questions comprise the courses included in the three grades of the General Secondary School Certificate, namely the natural science (scientific) section.

Nature of academic achievement questions for scientific specializations:

Questions vary in the academic achievement sections in terms of their focus on different levels of knowledge: knowledge, understanding, application, etc.

Questions cover the three secondary school grades according to the following percentages:

• 20% for the first grade

• 30% for the second grade

• 50% for the third grade

The questions are distributed in close proportions over the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
