College and Compass was founded in 2024 by siblings Stefan M. Tassy and Natalie Tassy, who bring a combined seven years of experience working with students. With a shared passion for helping students navigate the often overwhelming world of college admissions and career planning, they created College and Compass to offer personalized guidance and support. Drawing on their extensive backgrounds in educational consulting, Stefan and Natalie designed the company to empower students with the tools, strategies, and confidence needed to succeed in both their college journey and future careers. Their commitment to making a meaningful impact on students' lives continues to drive the mission of College and Compass.
