The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA) contributes to the success of its members through extensive education, support and training on The Federal Debt Collections Practice Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the sensitivity of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), and much more. The Florida Collectors Association (FCA) holds two conferences a year in which members can network with peers and share information of our industry. These organizations help our company stay compliant with up to date knowledge, and helps your company increase revenue.
