How to Submit your Online (Cloud) Phila Street Tree Applications
Login to the Cloud to review your Cloud applications. (Note: you can filter your apps by 'Season Planted', see User Guide)
If you don't have an account you will need to register for one at the site at http://pg-cloud.com/phs/ (under Log In) and PHS will have to approve.
Make any necessary edits/updates directly to the data in the Cloud. PHS will export this data.
Please check for valid applications/signatures and possible duplicate submissions (
-> change Status of duplicate app to 'Cancel Duplicate', 'Incomplete' for missing signature, or 'Invalid' if applicant requesting for property they don't own.
You can delete/add back the yellow tree request points if they aren't properly mapped.
Save (“print”) each application individually as a .pdf file, or "save to Google drive"
Name file by Street Name first, and then House Number, e.g. “N 20th St - 100” (this will enable printing of apps in the correct alpha order by street)
Reduce your print scale to about 50% in the print settings window to save pdf as 2 pages (we do have to print these for PPR).
If you have paper/pdf applications - login to the Cloud and enter the info into the Request a Tree form (please check the box at bottom of form that it’s “From paper/pdf” ), put a slash for the signature. We don't need a saved copy of the pdf app in Cloud format, but please submit the original signed paper/pdf form.
Save each complete signed application (in pdf format) to a Google Drive or Dropbox shared folder
Please email the following items to trees@pennhort.org by November 30, 2021:
your Group Application Cover Sheet (download the form below)
URL link to your tree applications shared folder (or email with attachments if 10 or fewer applications).
No need to send a spreadsheet (PHS will export application data directly from the Cloud, so make edits in the Cloud if needed).
