Collectif Troïka

Created in 2021, the collective was born in Madrid, with three dancers gathered in the same training space: Descalzinha Danza.

Sharing a similar artistic universe but coming from different formations, they decide to combine their abilities and create their first performance See-saw.

Absurdity and humor have defined their universe.

The collective is multidisciplinary (circus, singing, theater, dance). The research, between the meeting points of these different disciplines, is in a central place of the work of the collective.

Politically committed against the destruction of the ecosystem and the injustices committed, the collective addresses the current issues of society with the will to put the light, question extreme human behavior and on another scale, to get each individual to reconsider their own conduct.

In 2022, the premiere of see-saw happened in the event OMTS organized by Descalzinha Danza. The collective will continue with a french tour in the summer, performing in french festivals like chap’ou pas chap’ or 48ème de rue. The collective is now performing in Spain in festivals like Festival DZM, Festival 150gr or in the theater DTespacio escenico.
