First generation college student and earned her a bachelor's degree from UC Davis with a double major in Psychology & Italian and a minor in Global and International Studies.She has been a high school counselor for three years at Dougherty Valley High School where she works closely with students navigating the pressure of college admissions and she is currently working towards becoming a licensed therapist.
Sean Burke

Sean is entering his 24th year as a school counselor with Fairfax County Public Schools. For the last twenty years, he has worked with the students of TJHSST. With an average SAT score of 1510, Sean is familiar with the challenges of competitive college admissions. In addition to his counseling experience, he co-founded Mytonomy, which started as a near peer mentoring program for students looking for help navigating high school and college admissions.
