No random killing of players. If you do not want to be randomly killed, toggle Defense, as seen in the defense page of the wiki
Using defense to abuse or break server rules is not allowed.
Duels, wars and other forms of PvP are encouraged as long as both parties agree.
PvP is unrestrictedly allowed in a PvP zone, and a PvP zone flag must be CLEARLY VISIBLE from all entry points to said zone.
Griefing bases you do not own is explicitly not allowed. If a base is abandoned (has not been used in over a week and shows active signs of stagnation or decay, such as chests being removed or emptied by the owner) then griefing/taking over base is allowed
PvP used to take over land is allowed as long as it follows the PvP policy.
Land also can be marked as a safe zone, if it flies the Safe Zone flag that is CLEARLY VISIBLE from all entry points, as seen in the wiki and is exempt from the base decay clause, but is not owned by one player, and items can be taken from chests freely, but all griefing and PvP is not allowed. For example, the End Portal is a prime example of a safe zone (as long as whoever found it flies a flag), where you can loot it, but griefing and PvPing would not be allowed.
The item policy uses the same logic as the land policy. If a player is killed in a PvP zone where item taking is explicity allowed, or in an event where PvP is allowed, then their items may be taken.
Overall, follow these rules and use common sense.
If you see a flaw in these rules, please report it and I will edit rules accordingly
An example of a safe zone banner (left) and a pvp zone banner (right)
Must be placed near/outside of the build you wish to protect, and be clearly visible.
A safe zone banner must be a solid color with a Flower Charge banner pattern.
Red flower charge banner patterns on a white banner signify a PvP zone.
