The Team

Team Leaders

Gary Picardt
Project Manager

Gary Pickardt of Pickardt Performance (2Ps) brought this project to light and stayed with it every step of the way - from coordinating parts and materials, through the tear down to the completed build. The group was fortunate to have such a tremendous individual in a leadership role!

Jen Goss
Project Coordinator

Jen Goss, President of Mid-Atlantic Fiero Owners Association, brought her organizational skills to the table to identify volunteers and material donations. Her favorite part of this project was seeing the tremendous impact it not only had on Colin but also on the volunteers who were a part of this experience.

Matt Goss
Site Lead

Matt Gosss years of experience learning from Jim Gilbert paid off in knowing where to find anything and everything related to the build. Never able to stay in a single spot, Matt's talents were pulled in multiple directions during the project - in fact, he might still be looking for some nuts and washers!

Home Owners

Cyndi Gilbert
The "Fiero Ma" of the group. Cyndi opened her home and kept everyone well fed during the build. She provided her 88GT as an example for the team to consult upon and sacrificed her brake calipers for the project.
Jamie & Billy Kulp
Jamie and Billy gratefully shared their space and contributed muscle to the project - playing a crucial role in getting the donor car's frame stripped down and working at various points throughout the build.

Team Members

(In No Particular Order)
Jestin Pickardt
Jestin of Pickardt Performance brought his fabrication skills and considerable mechanical knowledge to the project. He also played an important part in the planning and preparation of the build.
Matt McGowan
The other half of team M & M, Matt performed critical advisory roles such as car assessment, on-site planning and post-build coordination. Matt's years of industry experience and local knowledge were critical to the project's success.
Cody Kline
Cody stepped up to the plate when the project's original painter was injured and unable to participate. While he helped across all aspects of the build, Cody's ability to come into the booth immeasurably helped the project cross the finish line.
Craig Kunz
The "seatmaster" drove in each day from NJ and was one of the first on site and one of the last to leave the build. Craig is not the Fiero owner in his family; however, he contributed his years of experience in vintage autos to get this car looking great!
Alan Kohler
Alan is our resident Odyssey Battery representative and a Fiero owner who lives near Reading, PA. Like others on the build, Alan wore a variety of hats and was particulary excited to learn about headliner recovery.
Debbie Salada
Debbie played an enormous role in documenting the build through photographs. A photographer by trade, she was also a huge help in parts preparation and clean-up. She looks forward to working more on her own cars in Tower City, PA in the near future.
"Cow S. Patoot" & Beth Cox
Greg and Beth traveled from MI to assist with the project. Greg brought his knowledge of Fiero electrical systems and other aspects of the car to aid in the teardown and rebuild process. His supply of parts and contributed front suspension made the process go much more smoothly!
Fiero Jon" Miller
An automotive professional from Tuckerton, NJ, Jon Miller was the lead on the engine portion of this build. He also provided invaluable support with his 20 years of Fiero-specific knowledge and provided many critical parts for the rebuild of the car.
John Guenther
John is not a Fiero owner but has spent time working on his fair share of them at Jon Miller Care Car in Tuckerton, NJ. He jumped right in and provided both leadership and support during the project.
Christopher Bruns
Chris drove up for the day from Newark, DE and may regret saying "yes" when asked if he had any skills related to bodywork. His canopy exile paid off for the build team as he was able to prep nearly all of the car's body panels. He also provided some valuable parts for the car's restoration.
Buddy Sehestedt
Everybody's "buddy" for the weekend, the team's youngest member came ready to learn. Buddy drove up from Central PA and provided great support to many aspects of the build process. He is now excited to get back to work on his own rare wingless Blue 87 GT.
Fiero Brian
Brian from Baltimore utilized his years of fighting with Fieros for the greater good of this project. He grinded, sanded, carried and torqued his way through the weekend. He also kept us laughing with his unique sense of humor and bottomless jokes.
Vin O'Mara
Hailing from Northern NJ, Vin brought a willingness to work to the project and kept at it through the weekend. He was also the first to arrive in his own Fiero - a beautiful black 88GT.
Tami George
Tami traveled from Indiana, PA to put in a solid effort on body panel preparation and rebuilding. She was never without a smile and braved the chilly weather to help Colin's car look sharp and ready for paint.
Tiff Manger
Tiff traveled to Norristown from Hanover, PA to transport Colin to the reveal on Sunday afternoon. They spent time talking Fieros and music and the team is grateful for Tiff's chauffeuring services. It was clear to everyone that Colin enjoyed his time with the team.
Mark Clay
Mark "LostNotForgotten" Clay made two trips up from Delaware to provide his Fiero knowledge and support to Colin during the build. Colin really enjoyed getting to meet one of his FB heroes!
