In just a few short weeks, Colin's Cuts will resume weekly lawn care and landscaping services!
Unless you have clearly informed us about not wanting mowing services during the 2026 season prior to 2/16/26, we will automatically renew your account and your lawn will be added to our schedule. Depending on when you cancel after the 2/16/26 deadline, there may be a late fee cancelation penalty, so please inform us before the deadline.
Confirming early in the year if you would like your property on our schedule helps us better understand our clientele numbers before the hectic Spring rush occurs. It gives us time to see if we need to fill spots or put prospective clients on a mowing wait list.
Starting March 1st, we will begin our bulk material installations: mulch, pine straw, river rock, Spring-cleanups, aerations, and more. Please consider these services as they help boost your lawn and landscape in the early Spring and throughout the year!

Mulch Madness Deals will be starting February 16th!
A message will be sent out on February 16th with all the needed information. These deals will only be valid in the month of March!

CANCELATION POLICY:
If you feel your lawn may not need to be mowed due to dry weather, soggy lawn, or slow growth, please let us know. We will still come out to assess the lawn at your scheduled service day.
If our assessment confirms that mowing is not needed, the service will be skipped and no charge will apply.
If the lawn does require service after the assessment and access to the lawn is available, we will proceed with mowing and charge the regular service price, even if a skip was requested. This ensures your lawn stays maintained to our standards and you receive full value for the visit.
If a skip was not requested at least 24 hours in advance and we are unable to mow due to lack of access, instructions not to service, or other restrictions, a late skip fee of 35% of the scheduled service price may apply.
If a client requests a late skip and does not permit an assessment visit, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may apply.
This policy helps us keep routes efficient while ensuring your lawn stays maintained through the course of the seasonal elements. Thank you!
