My name is Alexandre Demaria, I’m 33 years old, originally from France, and now based in Melbourne Bayside, where I moved in 2022 to join part of my family living here.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in safety and Environment, specialised in radioactivity, and previously worked as a Project Manager in environmental projects involving high environmental risks such as asbestos, radioactivity, soil and water pollution, demolition.

Since early 2025, I’ve dedicated myself to a new mission — helping people stay active, independent, and happy through sport, companionship, and personalised support.

I’ve been passionate about sports since childhood: some at a competitive level (tennis, soccer, padel tennis) and others simply for fun (martial arts, table tennis, skiing, gym, dance...). I also love meaningful interacting, helping people, leading new projects, coaching, have an impact and do meaningful activities, challenges, exploring new places outdoor, learning new skills, ...

Colibri means hummingbird in French.

The name Colibri comes from an Indigenous legend: a small hummingbird tries to put out a massive fire, drop by drop, because he is doing is part. That philosophy guides my work; every small action can make a real difference.
