I started my first blog after my favorite fishing magazine featured my business in it in a 1/4 page feature. I thought my business would blow up and I had made it. Boy was that farther from the truth. Over 6500 blog posts later, I've learned that online blogs are your distribution channel.

In 2014 I started what I would learn later was called a User Generated Content Blog. With 400 + writers, I acted as the editor in cheif editing articles from the 400+ writers with what you could say VERY DIFFERENT WRITING SYLES. I formatted, fixed typos, and made sure that the articles could be understood by search engines. It was the Bullbuster.net Magazine

Because of this, I learned what worked and what didn't work. Some articles had thousands of vistiors a month and got linked to like crazy and drove my websites domain authority up without some fancy multi-thousand dollar link building campaign, some barely got visited. Some barely got traffic but generated predictable monthly sales.

In January Of 2025 while working with my families company Diesel Pro Power, Inc. I learned of a big problem, the service manuals for our main product line were going out of print!

All of our customers were going to loose information and fast! To make matters worse the number one resource for this a FORUM that had been around for decades had gone bust so all of the valuable information was gone. So i set out to recreate the manual information quick so that our customers around the world could keep acess to the inforamation. I had very little budget, so thankfully I was able to do what I used to have to use 100's of UGC writers to be able to do with ChatGPT to help me sort through thousands and thousands of pages of data and service information. The results were seen because the website traffic went up 300%!
