1.I would describe myself as a dynamic perpetually optimistic go-getter whose commitment to his chosen job/profession is total. The principles of honesty and integrity finely developed in me are entirely due to the positive influence of my parents who instilled in me a fierce commitment to these noble ideals. My 32 years in the Army have further developed in me ,a deep concern for the individual human being, having closely interacted with soldiers in extremely adverse climate and operational situation. The last 12 years as a school leader in civilian life has reinforced the belief that transformation as always is a team effort.

I would continue to strive to develop the ideals of honesty and integrity above all desperate need to be a good human being in a fast changing world, from apart from improving upon scholastic abilities. This I would achieve by leading by example and by maintaining a healthy working/social environment with the right balance between education and physical activities.

I believe that to succeed in life one has to aim high take reasonable risks, brave the odds and overcome adversities by sustained efforts and working towards the goal with single minded devotion often without concern for personal security and comfort.

In today's challenging multi disciplinary environment, teamwork is "sine qua non"for success. It is the single most important criterion for success and cannot be over emphasized. While being assertive about my convictions, I believe that there is something good to learn from everyone and have learnt to keep an open mind to discussions and criticism. Introspection is vital for self improvement.

I have a strong desire to succeed in life, improve myself and work towards perfection. I am sure that I have the right attitude and strongly believe that honest introspection willingness to learn and sustained sincere efforts will definitely lead me towards my goal.
