There are 112 apartments available for elderly persons 62 years of age and older or disabled. There is a waiting list for these programs. Rent is based upon 30% of their adjusted income. Emergency Solutions Grant: The Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program will provide financial assistance and services to prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless and help those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized.
