Hours are due by APRIL 18, 2025!

Acalanes Service Award & President's Volunteer Service Award (see chart below for requirements)

HOW TO APPLY 

Step 1 Find a volunteer opportunity and read the guidelines to ensure your hours will qualify for the award.  

Step 2 Email communityservice@acalanesparentsclub.com from your AHS email account and ask to be added to Helper Helper, a new digital volunteer platform available in an app and online. Include your grade and birth date. Expect an email in 1-3 days with instructions to get started. Past events can be added. 

Step 3 All hours entered, validated, and approved in Helper Helper that took place between APRIL 20, 2024 - APRIL 18, 2025, will be applied towards the 2024-2025 volunteer service award. You don’t need to apply for an award, but you do need to respond to any questions about your hours.

Seniors - Do you qualify for a Excellence in Community Service Award?

If you have 300 service hours in all 4 years or 3 PVSAs in 3 years you qualify! You will receive an honorary cord at graduation!
