CRG consists of multiple, independent, typing teams.
Eliminating our Blind Spots
The key issue faced in accurately interpreting the cognition of an individual, is our tendency to project our own cognition on the world around us.Â
Thus, we are all limited in our ability to interpret reality based on our individual flavor of cognitive processing. It is because of this that each of our teams are crafted to maximize their capability in perceiving, processing and interpreting reality.Â
Team Composition
Each team is made up of four members.Â
Each member represents one of the cognitive quadrants (Quadras).
Alpha - Ti/Fe, Si/Ne
Beta - Ti/Fe, Ni/Se
Gamma - Fi/Te, Ni/Se
Delta - Fi/Te, Si/Ne
Each member also represents one of the four Human Needs.
De - ExxJ - Connection
Oe - ExxP - Variety
Di - IxxP - Significance
Oi - IxxJ - Certainty
Typing Process
Each team functions autonomously and are therefore free to develop their own independent typing processes which works best for them.
You may be assigned to be typed by more than one team for quality assurance purposes.
