Creating your app
In the Cogniss Studio home screen, select “Create App” (blue button, top right-hand side) and choose the “Create Your Story” app theme. This will provide you with a basic sample app with the story builder activity already created using some sample material.
This is the Cogniss Studio home screen. Your apps will appear here once you have created them.
Select the 'Create Your Story' app theme.
Click "Create my app" in the pop-up window to confirm the selection of this app theme.
You will then be asked to enter an app name (you can change this later). Press continue once you have done this.

You will then be launched into the studio app editor for your newly created story app! Here you can make changes to your application. In this case, we will update the sample stories included to make your own story. By default, there are two sample stories included in this app theme, placed under the "Stories" subject.
The "Content & Activities" tabs allows you to view all the content in the app.
The "App" tab allows you to change basic information, such as the app name, description, and icon.

Press the icon on the top right-hand corner of the Cogniss Community app homepage to scan the QR code displayed in the Studio webpage window. You can view the two sample stories included.
Otherwise, you can also search for your newly created app in the Discover tab. Type in the name of your app and select it from the results page. You can then click launch to open the app.

Now you have created your own app from the Create your Story app theme, it is time to modify the content and make it your own story!
