Name & Email Address: Collected during registration to identify your account and for account recovery.

User ID: Our system automatically generates a unique Internal User ID for every registered user. This ID helps us link your quiz scores and credits to your account .
B. Data Storage & Encryption
All user data is stored on secure remote servers. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that data transmitted between the app and the server remains private and integral.
Cognera - Quiz App offers premium features through a virtual credit system.
Virtual Credits: Users can purchase credits through Google Play Billing. These credits are used to unlock specific quiz questions or participate in premium challenges.
No Real-World Value: Credits are strictly virtual items for in-app use only. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to other users, or exchanged for real-world currency.
Secure Transactions: All payments are processed by Google Play Services. We do not store or have access to your credit card details, bank information, or any other sensitive financial data. When you make a purchase, we collect and store the following transaction-related data like Product ID, Product Name, Credit Amount, and Google Transaction ID. This data is used solely to update your credit balance and display your purchase history within the app.Â
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To manage your account and provide access to quiz features.
To track your credit balance and quiz performance.
To ensure the security of our platform and prevent fraudulent activities.
To provide technical support.
We do not use third-party advertising networks (like AdMob) or external analytics tools (like Firebase). The only third-party services we use are essential for the app's functionality:
Google Play Services: For core Android functionality and app stability.
Google Play Billing: For processing secure in-app purchases.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have full control over your personal information:
Access & Correction: You can update your profile information within the app.
Data Deletion: You have the "Right to be Forgotten." If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (Name, Email, Password, and Credits), you can send a request to si2261848@gmail.com.
