All Promotions/Demotions must be logged in their respective logging channels after the conclusion of a lecture/training session, following the format provided to you.
All logs must have the appropriate proof attached to them, otherwise the session will be invalid.
No individual can move to the next rank if they have not waited for the full promotion cooldown limit. Teachers+ are required to check the last log pertaining to that user before they can promote them.
You cannot pass a training or be logged as attending a full lecture if you have to leave before its conclusion. You must be there until the end of the event in order to complete that portion of your requirements.
All of the promotion requirements for the beginning ranks of the Jedi Order.
Join the Grand Jedi Order (TGJO) group.
The beginning rank of the Order, in which you must join the main group to obtain. Whilst at this rank, you will be limited to using a Training Saber on Naboo.
Join the Jedi Academy group.
Pass an Introduction to the Order session.
Among the first steps to finding your place in the Order. Moving to Youngling I signifies the start of your journey. You must join the Jedi Academy group before you attend any lectures or training sessions.
Pass a Foundations of Combat training.
Wait for a ranking cooldown of 10 hours.
By now you will be familiar with the laws and standards of the Order itself, and at this point you will be moving onto other essential areas of education.
Pass an Introduction to Knowledge lecture.
Wait for a ranking cooldown of 10 hours.
With the Laws and Foundations of Combat under your belt, now is the time to learn more about the Order itself, and some of its most significant members and events.
Pass a Crystal Gathering.
Wait for a ranking cooldown of 10 hours.
After achieving a great milestone, many paths will open to you upon attaining this rank. Whether it be temple security, becoming a member of the Jedi Taskforce, becoming an Instructor, or becoming a Padawan.
Enlist in the Jedi Service Corps.
Become apprenticed to any Jedi Knight+
Both are preludes to becoming a fully-fledged Jedi Knight. Becoming a stage II Initiate means you manage your own learning and will be given the necessary resources to complete your Knight Trials. You will be required to enlist in the Jedi Service Corps. The only other way to become a stage II Initiate is if you have failed your Knight Trials as a Padawan three times, and as such will be reprimanded from your Master's care and moved to the Service Corps.
Becoming a Padawan means you are apprenticed to another member of the Order, who alone is responsible for your education. There are no masterless Padawans, instead, those who choose not to become apprenticed to another member will have to become a stage II Initiate.
