Registration:
Registration is necessary for all participants of the workshop. All delegates and participants including the invited speakers are required to register for the workshop.
• Registration Fee US$ 40
(includes all conference amenities, lunch / tea breaks, and a welcome dinner)
• For delegates requiring accommodation: US$ 220
• To be paid on-site during the workshop
Support:
The workshop is self-financed; therefore, all delegates and participants, including invited speakers, are requested to manage their own expenses.
The Local Organizing Committee will provide all possible logistic support to make the stay comfortable and the workshop fruitful for all delegates. On request, we will help delegates from outside Kathmandu arrange accommodation in a hotel.
We have consulted and applied for funding, and if it becomes available, we would be glad to offer support to needy regional participants, with preference given to young participants who do not receive any fellowship and who will be presenting a paper or poster at the workshop. However, we are unable to assure any funding at this time. A separate request for financial assistance (registration fee waiver and/or accommodation) should be sent to the Convener after the abstract has been accepted.

Scientists, researchers, and students who wish to participate in this workshop are requested to submit their abstracts via the online submission portal on or before October 10, 2025, preferably in MS Word format using the following downloadable template.
