Dave has been a ham since 1980. His Dad (W8JBK) and mother's brothers (W8ISM, W8IST) were also hams. Sadly they're now all silent keys.

He has their QSL cards which he treasures. He is interested in HF, especially 40 meters, antenna design and public service events.

He also love to camp and set up portable antenna systems.
