Revamped employee onboarding and training program evaluation and development.
Assisted with data analysis and measurement needs.
Assisted with employee engagement survey and connecting employee attitudes to business metrics, including performance, promotions, and turnover.
Created two training programs for new processing lines to develop new operators from novices to experts. Included complete analysis of work and building of training manual to guide on-site trainer through step-by-step process over several weeks. Time to fully-trained operator cut by estimated 40%.
New-hire training program including on boarding, basic safety and tasks.
Validated use of ability tests for use in selection procedures for supervisory positions.
Provided multiple research reports on topics such as the use of video-based interviewing platforms in employee selection, and the effects of social networks on employee outcomes and promotability.
Directly supervised the selection, training, and day-to-day operation of a 100-person workforce for the on-campus housing operation for over 3 years.
