The app only stores your coffee break preferences locally on your device, including:
- selected break time
- selected weekdays
- alert sound preference
- haptics preference
- wake screen preference
- team mode preference
This information stays on your device and is used only to schedule and personalize your reminders.
Notifications
Coffee Break uses Apple’s local notification system to send coffee break reminders at the times you choose.
Notifications are scheduled and managed on your device. Coffee Break does not send your reminder schedule to our servers.
Analytics and Tracking
Coffee Break does not use third-party advertising trackers.
Coffee Break does not track you across apps or websites.
Coffee Break does not sell, rent, or share your personal data.
Internet Connection
Coffee Break is designed to work without an account or social feed. The app does not require you to upload personal data to use its core features.
Apple App Store
If you purchase Coffee Break through the Apple App Store, payment and purchase processing are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details.

Children’s Privacy
Coffee Break is not designed to collect information from children. Since the app does not require an account and does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data Retention
Your app preferences remain stored locally on your device unless you change them, reset the app, or delete the app.
When you delete Coffee Break from your device, locally stored app preferences are removed according to iOS behavior.
Your Choices
You can:
- change your reminder settings inside the app
- disable notifications in iOS Settings
- delete the app to remove local app data from your device
