1. Commissions with blood violence, crimes, illegal drugs, nudity, racism, and middle finger are strictly prohibited on the Coeol website.

2. No alcohol, cocaine, marijuana and tobacco in the commission.

3. A payment must be upfront in full through Coeol's PayPal.Me. All commissions will be denied if the full payment is not received on PayPal.

4. All other payment methods (including physical cash, checks and physical credit or debit card) will not be accepted. Pay through PayPal only.

5. Human arts, animal arts, and cartoon arts only. No nudity arts, racist arts, and violent arts.

6. No real life commissions and AI commissions.

7. All finished commissions are non-refundable.

8. Costume weapons that are allowed are, Fireball (Fire Flower), Iceball (Ice Flower), lightsaber, Keyblade, and things that are from game, show or a movie. All other real weapons are not allowed.

9. Coeol watermark and a transparent gradient foreground in all commissioned photos are required without a fee, a watermark removal costs a $10 fee, and a transparent gradient foreground removal costs a $10 fee.

10. We have the right to deny all commissions that are in “no” list.

All commissions that violate the rule will be permanently denied.
