Be Respectful
Treat everyone — tutors, admin, and learners — with respect and kindness. No hate speech, harassment, or offensive content. Project discussions and contacting tutors should only be done in English.
Stay on Topic
Use each channel for its intended purpose. No spamming or irrelevant discussions in learning/project areas.
Keep It Original
Projects and submissions must be your own work. Credit teammates where due — no plagiarism.
Project & Tutor Rules
Work with your assigned tutor for project guidance. You will be given project in GitHub only. Resources will be provided to you according to your project. Don’t share private project info or links outside your team. Submit projects in GitHub. Only approved projects move to the next stage.
Privacy & Security
Don’t share your invite links or personal data. Respect others’ privacy — do not disturb tutors and admin without a valid reason. If you need any help, mention tutors in private threads only in language help channels in Discord. Report unethical activity to Admin immediately.
No Ads or Self-Promo
Promoting servers, products, or paid courses is not allowed. You can only share your work in GitHub.
Membership Policy
Certificate of Completion requires completing three months at the club. Access is revoked automatically if your membership is cancelled. Certificates are only awarded for approved projects.
Follow Discord’s and GitHub's Rules
Violating Discord's and GitHub's Guidelines will result in warning or ban. Serious action will be taken against rules violators.
