Welcome to Code the Robot ("we," "our," "us," or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Code the Robot mobile application.
Code the Robot is an educational puzzle game designed for users of all ages, including children. The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play.
We do not directly collect, store, or sell personal information. The App is free to use and is supported by advertisements provided through Google AdMob, which is described in this Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the App.

The App does not require registration, login, or the submission of personal details such as:

Phone number
Home address
Location information
Contacts
Photos or media
Account credentials
The App also does not include chat, social networking, or user-generated-content features.
The App stores limited game-related information locally on your device so that the game can function properly.
This may include:
Level progress
Stars earned
Other basic gameplay progress
This information:
Remains on your device
Is not transmitted to our servers
Is stored using the App's private storage
Is not accessible to other users
Is permanently removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data
We do not have access to this locally stored game data.
Code the Robot uses Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements.
The App may display:
Banner advertisements
Full-screen/interstitial advertisements
Optional rewarded advertisements that users may watch to receive an in-game hint or reward
Because Code the Robot is designed for children and users of all ages, we configure our advertising requests with child-directed treatment and request non-personalized advertising.
Our advertising configuration is intended to include the following safeguards:
Ad requests are marked as child-directed
Non-personalized advertisements are requested
Ads are configured for a General Audiences ("G") content rating
The App does not directly access the device's Advertising ID
Google may automatically process certain technical information when providing advertising services, measuring ad performance, and detecting or preventing fraud. Such information may include information such as IP address, device type, operating system information, and general information about interactions with advertisements.
This information is processed by Google in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies. We do not receive or store this information on our own servers.

Apart from Google AdMob, Code the Robot does not use third-party analytics services, social media services, advertising networks, or crash-reporting services.
Because we do not directly collect personal information, we do not use, analyze, sell, rent, or otherwise process personal information for our own purposes.
Information stored locally on your device is used only to:
Save your game progress
Remember your completed levels and earned stars
Support the normal operation of the App
Google may process information as necessary to provide its advertising services, subject to Google's applicable privacy policies.

Support advertising-related functionality
The core gameplay does not require an internet connection.
Vibration access is used to provide haptic feedback during gameplay.

You can manage available App permissions through your device's operating system settings.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal information because we do not directly collect or store personal information.
The only third-party service used for advertising is Google AdMob.
Google may independently process information necessary to provide advertising, measure advertising performance, and protect its services against fraud or abuse.
We do not control Google's independent processing of information. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information about Google's data practices.
If we are legally required to provide information in response to a valid legal request, we will comply with applicable law. However, because we do not maintain personal information on our own servers, we can only provide information that we actually possess.

Game progress and related gameplay information are stored locally on your device.
You can delete locally stored App data by:
Clearing the App's data through your device settings; or
Uninstalling Code the Robot from your device.
Once the App is uninstalled or its local data is cleared, the locally stored game progress is deleted.
Information that may be processed independently by Google AdMob is subject to Google's own data retention and deletion practices.
Code the Robot is designed for users of all ages, including children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults through the App.
The App does not provide:
User accounts
Login or registration
Chat functionality
Social networking
Direct communication between users
User-generated content
Collection of names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
For advertising, we configure our AdMob requests to use child-directed treatment and request non-personalized advertisements.
We also do not directly access the device's Advertising ID.
Rewarded advertisements are optional. Users are not required to watch advertisements to access the core gameplay.
Parents or guardians who have questions about our privacy practices may contact us using the information provided in Section 12.

Game progress stored locally on your device is protected by the security mechanisms provided by your device's operating system and the App's private storage environment.
Although we take reasonable measures to protect information within our control, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal information.
Because Code the Robot does not directly collect or maintain personal information on our servers, there is generally no personal information held by us for you to access, correct, or delete.

Advertisements displayed through the App may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or app stores.
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their privacy practices, security, content, or policies.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access through an advertisement.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of Code the Robot after changes to this Privacy Policy means that you acknowledge the updated policy.
