3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using Google One Tap Sign-In.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate information during sign-in.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Progress and Content

• The App allows you to practice programming questions and track your progress.

• You retain ownership of any answers or notes you create.

• By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your progress data solely to provide the service.

5. Educational Disclaimer

CodeStart is provided for educational and practice purposes only.

• The questions, answers, and explanations in the App may contain errors or incomplete information.

• The App is not a substitute for formal education, official courses, certifications, or professional advice.

• We do not guarantee that using the App will improve your programming skills or help you pass any exam or interview.

• You use the learning content at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App

• Use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access or interact with the App

• Cheat, manipulate scores, or interfere with other users’ experience

• Upload or share any harmful, abusive, or illegal content

• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (including design, code, questions, graphics, and trademarks) belong to Vinayak Ramesh Sutar.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

• The programming questions or answers will always be accurate or up-to-date

• The App will meet your specific learning needs

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinayak Ramesh Sutar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to any loss of data, learning outcomes, or other damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
