Welcome to an iOS application developed and published by CODE SOLIX (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only, including AI-based analysis, automation, or productivity features, depending on the App’s functionality.
The App does not provide professional, financial, investment, legal, or medical advice.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via your App Store account settings.
If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time.
Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
All payments are processed securely by Apple’s App Store. CodeSolix does not collect or store payment details.
All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple.

CodeSolix cannot issue or manage refunds.
All content, features, trademarks, logos, designs, and software within the App are owned by or licensed to CodeSolix.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any App content without prior written permission.
If the App allows you to upload images, text, or other content, you grant us permission to process that content only to provide the requested functionality.
You retain ownership of your content.
We do not use user content for AI training or marketing unless you explicitly consent.
The App provides AI-generated or automated outputs without any guarantee of accuracy or reliability.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
CodeSolix is not responsible for decisions, losses, or outcomes resulting from App usage.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeSolix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App
Required by law or platform policies
Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
