CoderCat (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values the personal information of its users and complies with relevant laws and regulations, including the "Personal Information Protection Act" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection."
This app can be used without a separate registration process. To ensure smooth game service delivery and advertisement serving, the following information may be collected automatically.
1.1 Automatically Collected During App Use (Required) The following information may be automatically generated and collected during the process of running or using the app:
Device Information: Device model, OS version, language and country settings, service identifiers (App Instance ID), and advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA)
Gameplay Data: Game progress (levels, mission achievements), scores, item/currency acquisition and consumption data.
Advertising Identifiers (ADID/IDFA): Collected to provide personalized advertisements and measure advertising performance.
Access Logs: App execution timestamps, IP address, and records of improper use.
1.2 Upon Customer Inquiry (Optional) If a user contacts the Company via email, the following information may be collected for consultation and problem resolution:
Items Collected: Email address, inquiry details, device information, and Game ID (if necessary).
Collected personal information is used solely for the following purposes:
Game Service Provision: Providing game content, saving/loading game data, and processing in-app purchases (linked with stores).
Advertising and Marketing: Displaying third-party advertisements (Google, Unity), analyzing ad responses, and measuring performance.
Service Improvement and Complaint Handling: Analyzing access frequency, improving service quality, fixing bugs, and responding to customer inquiries.
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
Upon request for account and data deletion: When a user requests account deletion or uses the in-app withdrawal feature, data will be retained for up to 30 days to support recovery from accidental deletion and to prevent fraudulent use, after which it will be permanently destroyed. Customer Inquiry Records: Records related to consumer complaints or disputes are retained for 3 years in accordance with relevant laws (Electronic Commerce Act) before being destroyed.
Improper Use Records: Records may be kept for 1 year after app deletion to prevent fraudulent use and restrict re-registration.
The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties in principle. However, for service operation and advertising, data processing is entrusted to the following specialized overseas entities. These partners are certified and comply with Google’s Family Policies.

Retention Period: Until the termination of service use.
2) Google LLC (Firebase, AdMob)

Items & Purpose: IP address, cookies, advertising identifiers (Access analysis and ad delivery).
Retention Period: Until the termination of service use.
Electronic Files: Completely deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery or regeneration.
App Data: If a user deletes the app or clears data within the device, the data is immediately destroyed.
Users have the right to opt-out of receiving personalized advertisements at any time.
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → [Delete Advertising ID] or [Opt out of Ads Personalization]
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Toggle off [Allow Apps to Request to Track]
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
Administrative Measures: Minimizing the number of personnel who can access personal information and providing regular training.
Technical Measures: Using security programs against hacking and encrypting sensitive data during transmission.
This app is not primarily targeted at children under the age of 13 (under 14 in Korea) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child, we will destroy that information immediately.
