Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by CodeNeuron Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our apps.

Use of Our Apps

CodeNeuron Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and the applicable app store terms.

You agree not to:

Use our apps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps.

Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our apps.

Use our apps to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our apps, servers, or systems.

AI-Generated Content

Some of our apps use artificial intelligence to generate or modify content such as images. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.

You are responsible for how you use any AI-generated content from our apps.

You should not use AI-generated content to deceive, impersonate, harass, or harm others.

CodeNeuron Studios is not liable for any misuse of AI-generated content by users.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our apps — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, logos, and code — are the property of CodeNeuron Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our apps without prior written consent.

User-Provided Content

If any of our apps allow you to upload or submit content (such as photos), you retain ownership of your content. By using our apps, you grant CodeNeuron Studios a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing app functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CodeNeuron Studios does not warrant that:

Our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

The results obtained from our apps will be accurate or reliable.

Any defects in our apps will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CodeNeuron Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. CodeNeuron Studios does not directly handle payment transactions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
