By downloading, installing, or using the CodeFrame mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About CodeFrame

CodeFrame is a free developer tool designed to help users create beautiful, professional-looking screenshots of code snippets, development charts, and other programming-related content for sharing on social media and portfolios.

3. App Features

All Features Are Free:

• Create unlimited code frame screenshots

• Access to all frame styles and templates (Classic, macOS, Windows, Device frames)

• All 32+ background gradient options

• Save unlimited frames to your gallery

• Export without watermarks

• Light and dark mode themes

• Multi-select and batch delete saved frames

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal and professional purposes

• Not use the App to create misleading or fraudulent content

• Respect intellectual property rights when sharing code

• Use exported images in compliance with applicable laws

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

• Ensure you have rights to any code or content you process through the App

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• CodeFrame and all its features are owned by Chamishka Dilina

• Users retain full rights to their original code and content

• Background images and frame templates are proprietary to CodeFrame

• Exported images are for personal and professional use

• You may freely share exported images on social media and portfolios

6. Data and Privacy

• Code snippets and images are processed locally on your device

• No code content is stored on external servers

• All user data and preferences are saved locally

7. App Store Terms

• This App is distributed through the Apple App Store

• Your use is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Compatibility issues with your device

• Quality of exported images on different platforms

• Any damages arising from use of the App

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Create frames containing malicious code or harmful content

• Use automated tools or bots with the App

• Redistribute or resell App features or templates

• Use the App to violate any third-party rights

10. Updates and Modifications

• We may update the App to improve functionality and add features

• All updates and new features will remain free

• These Terms may be updated from time to time

• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
