Sunday, 10 July 2022
1pm - 2pm CT – Introduction to codeathon themes, projects, teams, and logistics (github, Slack, compute nodes).
2pm - 2:45pm CT – Introduction to iCn3D (Alexa Salsbury)
2:45pm – 3:30pm CT – iCn3D in Biology LibreTexts (Henry Jakubowski)
3:30pm - 5:30pm CT – Individual team meetings with team leaders, intros, brainstorming, task distribution, role assignment, github readme intro and workflow diagram, etc.
Flex time – Work on your assigned task(s).
6:15pm - 7:15pm CT – Each team presents workflow and why (5 minutes, PowerPoint slides, by team leaders and/or members).

12:15pm - 1:15pm CT - Q/A on iCn3D (Jiyao and Alexa)
6:15pm - 7:15pm CT – All Teams Lightening Project Update (progress and blockers by team leaders and/or members).
