Beginner Teachers:

• 2 years of coding experience

• Must know the fundamentals/syntax/concepts of Java, Python or Web Development (preferably multiple)

• Must be able to deal with students well

• Prior tutoring experience would be beneficial

Intermediate Teachers:

• 3-4 years of coding experience

• Must be well-versed in most of Java, C++ or Python

• Must be knowledgeable about Networks, Object Oriented Programming, and Class Hierarchies

• Must be able to deal with students well

• Prior tutoring experience would be beneficial

Advanced Teachers:

• 5+ years of coding experience

• Must be extremely knowledgeable in Java, C#, C++, or Python (preferably all)

• Must be familiar with the algorithms and data structures covered in the curriculum

• Should have prior competitive programming experience (Hackathons, CCC, product innovation competitions)

• Must be able to deal with students well

• Prior tutoring/teaching experience needed

You may choose to either be a volunteer or paid employee:

Volunteers: Receive appropriate number of service hours towards their diploma requirement

Paid Employee: Paid through Paypal or e-transfer (50% payment halfway through the course, and rest at the end)

Total Amount Paid:

Intermediate: $80 per Student in class (Minimum 8 Students)

Advanced: $120 per Student in class (Minimum 8 Students)
