About Code 3 McHenry County
Code 3 McHenry County is a photography and social media page dedicated to capturing and sharing the work of first responders throughout McHenry County. From police and fire departments to EMS and other emergency services, our goal is to showcase the people, vehicles, equipment, and moments that serve our community.

What started as a passion for photographing first responders in 2024 has grown into a platform where people can see and appreciate the work happening across McHenry County. We strive to capture unique moments while respectfully documenting the everyday work of those who serve our communities.

Our content is shared across multiple platforms so you can stay up to date wherever you follow us. We regularly post photos, videos, and other first responder content on TikTok and Instagram. (@code3_mchenrycounty)

Thank you for supporting Code 3 McHenry County and for helping us continue to share the work of the first responders in our community!

About Landon (Founder of Code 3 McHenry County)
Hello! My name is Landon and I am a Sophomore in High school with a passion for Law Enforcement and first response. Ever since I was 7, I knew that Law Enforcement was my calling. I always saw on the news the media portraying only bad cops. I knew that was weird because every encounter I had with law enforcement, they treated me with such respect and kindness. I want to join law enforcement to help the community realize that most cops are good, and to not be afraid of the police.

Outside of school, I enjoy fishing, riding dirtbikes and quads, and hanging out with my friends. I also collect police patches, and I am working on a project where I am collecting a patch from every law enforcement agency in McHenry County!

My favorite thing about Code 3 McHenry County is when a first responder asks me, "Are you Code 3 McHenry?". That makes my year! I can't believe I've gotten this far.
