I get this error for 2 emails that were sent some months ago, where a person sent us some documents that were quite large and we tried to forward them to someone. I can't find these emails to delete them to stop this error code. The message in the Sync Errors log gives us the message subject of the 2 emails.

I see that there has been no response to your query for such a long time and I feel that you may have already resolved the issue but for the people hitting these errors and not able to resolve the issue, you may try the below -
1) Error code: -17193:
This is usually caused due to an email stuck in your mailbox during synchronization (it can be an old one), hence, you will need to check for the email subject mentioned in the error message under Tools > Sync Error and depending on your requirements, you may either delete it or drag and drop to the On My Computer section which ensure that the email will not synchronize with the email server (if you cannot see On My Computer section, navigate to Outlook Preferences > General > uncheck On My Computer). If this does not resolve your issue, you may probably have to search your email account for any emails with a bigger size -
a. Tap on the Outlook Search bar at the top right corner.
b. The search tab will be open on the ribbon.
b. Click on attachments -- greater than 10 MB.
d. This will open up a search bar. In that change the size from 10000 to 30000 (depending on your attachment size).
e. Under the 'Search' tab on the ribbon, change the selection to "All Mail" - 4th button from the left.
f. Once you locate all the emails with huge size, either delete them or again move them to On My Computer section (depending on your requirement)
2) Error code: -50:
This error message is probably due to an email address in the email which you sent does not exist or is incorrect. The best way to figure this out will be to resend the email once again by manually typing in the email addresses and check if it gets resolved.

As the Microsoft 365 administrator, you can enable your users to sign in to Outlook for Android or iOS app on their mobile devices without having to enter their username and password. By scanning a QR code, users can securely authenticate and sign in to Outlook mobile.
In Outlook on the web or other desktop Outlook applications, users may see notifications informing them that they can use Outlook on their mobile device. The administrator can manage these notifications by using Exchange PowerShell. If users choose to send themselves an SMS text message to download the app on their mobile device, a QR code appears on their computer. They'll be able to scan the QR code to log into Outlook on their phone or tablet. This QR code is a short lived token that can only be redeemed once.
I want to wait until all folders in outlook are synced to start downloading attachments. If I run the code without opening outlook and syncing all folders first, the code does not download the latest emails.
Here's one (possibly inelegant) solution, which shows the basic principle of handling Outlook events. The issue with handling COM events (such as produced by Outlook) is that they are asynchronous, and the code has to wait around for the event to be triggered. This code uses the thread's message loop to block until all the Sync events have come back.
I tested this on my Outlook client which has a number of email accounts, and it seemed to work OK, though I have a feeling it only sync'd the non-Exchange accounts (as I guess Exchange accounts are continuously synchronized?).

Expectation was: an item was made with a date and this would be synchronized to Outlook Calendar. In outlook calendar this appears and can be planned further in the day or maybe plan it on a different day later if this suits the user. This then synchronizes back to Monday, so colleagues can see the progress of a project and can work accordingly.
In reality a copy of the calendar item of Outlook is synchronized to Monday. No change is made to the original item and new items pop-up in all the boards. Feels like there not any form of intelligence build in the sync.
Also new items in Outlook pop-up in all boards. Which ofc is exactly as asked in the integration, but of course is not what a user would want. He would like Monday managed project items to sync up not all calendar item created and definitely not appear in all boards in copies.
I want to be sure I am understanding the roadblock here before moving forward. To clarify, across all board you have set up the Outlook Cal integration to sync items to calendars and sync events (from the calendar) to the platform - correct? Is the issue that this process is creating loops in your system? For example, when an item is created it creates an event, but the creation of an event creates an item and vice versa?
Really looking for a 1:1 sync with Outlook Calender with Monday only items (using a pre-fix code a.g.). New items created in Outlook which do not originate from Monday do not have to appear in any boards for me. There is no reason a.g. for a lunch meeting to appear in any board.

Outlook for iOS and Android app uses the Microsoft Native Sync Technology and not the Exchange active sync protocol. Please try to send bypass the ARR proxy and direct to the Exchange server.
Did you do absolutely nothing to get this as solved? We do have the exactly same problem, but only when trying to send attachments over 1MB size using mobilephones / active sync. Its kind of strange right now. We installed newest CU for exchange last monday (1week ago) and newest CU for server 2022 last wednesday. Unsure if this occured the problem, as well I cannot find anyone else with this problem, except you :-) be457b7860
