• Login credentials (password securely stored in hashed form).

• Employee ID or other identifiers provided by Code Bridge.

b. Biometric Information

If you enable biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or face recognition), we may use your device’s built-in biometric services for:

• Secure login and access to check-in/check-out features.

• Quick re-authentication after first manual login.

Note: Biometric data is never stored or transmitted by Code Bridge App or Code Bridge servers.
It remains securely stored within your device’s system (e.g., Android Biometric Prompt or iOS Secure Enclave).

c. Camera Access

When you edit or update your profile picture, the app may request permission to use your device’s camera.
Captured or uploaded images are used only for updating your profile and are not shared externally.

d. Usage Data

The app may automatically collect limited data such as:

• App version and preferences (e.g., theme mode)

• Activity timestamps (check-in, check-out)

This data helps us improve system performance and user experience.

3. How We Use the Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your login credentials.

• To allow biometric-based login and attendance check-in/check-out.

• To update and display your profile information.

• To maintain internal employee records and improve app functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take data protection seriously and implement security measures to safeguard your information:

• Password are hashed and credentials are transmitted securely using HTTPS.

• Biometric verification is handled solely by your device’s OS.

• Only authorized Code Bridge administrators can access stored employee information.

No sensitive data such as biometric identifiers or passwords are ever shared with third parties.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

Code Bridge does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any thrid parties.

Your data may only be shared:

• With internal Code Bridge systems for HR and attendance purposes.

• When required by law or government authorities.

6. Your Choices and Controls

You can:

• Enable or disable biometric authentication at any time in your device or app settings.

• Change your profile picture or account details from the settings menu.

If you wish to deactivate your account, please contact your HR or system administrator.

7. Data Retention

Your personal and attendance data are retained as long as you remain an employee of Code Bridge.
After termination or resignation, your account and data may be archived or deleted according to Code Bridge’s data retention policy.

8. Children’s Privacy

This app is intended only for employees of Code Bridge. It does not collect any information from the children below 13 through our app. Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13.
