Advanced meals and potions are needed.

In this guide, we will look into how to unlock Culinary Meals and Pharmaceutical.

Cooking II and Pharmaceutical can be unlocked after reaching Level 14 Cooking I and Potion II.

You need to invest in leveling your Life Skills and finish the quest to unlock Higher Level Meals and Potions.
