While you can launch the mod in vanilla COD4, but you won't be able to launch levels due to level scripts requires IW3SP-MOD to work.

COD4 Survival Enhanced is an Singleplayer (SP) mod for Call of Duty 4 modification IW3SP-MOD. You can't launch SP mods in MP to play with your buddies and vice-versa.
Probably in the future I will add a COD WAW version of this mod, since it does support co-op play?

"No, first of all, MWR has no mod tools. Secondly, Call of Duty 4 (2007) and MWR (2016) / MW2CR (2020) are two different games. One is based on the other but they are two entirely different things that have different file system. Yes it might be the same engine but it's upgraded/changed which means that playable files from previous COD games can't work on a later games without access to mod tools. And finally, even if there were mod tools for MWR / MW2CR I wouldn't have time to remake everything I did so far. Because it would be an entirely new file system and I would have to learn how it works from scratch."

You may delete your Personal Data following these steps:

1. In the main menu, go to Barracks section.
2. Tap Stats section and press the "Reset Stats" button
3. In the popups, tap "Yes" confirm button. Done!

It's a known bug which I am trying to fix. You should try other maps, though, before the situation is cleared.
