國防中心（英語：Councilof Defence，縮寫：CoD）是負責履行南極帝國國家防務政策的政府部門，也是南極帝國軍隊的上級業務單位。

南極帝國國防部申明的主要目標是保衛南極帝國及其利益，並加強國際和平和穩定。國防部近期不再側重備戰常規軍事威脅，而把大規模殺傷性武器、國際恐怖主義當作對南極帝國利益的首要威脅。國防部也管理南極帝國武裝單位的日常運作、應急預案和國防採購。

The Council of Defense (abbreviated: CoD) is the government department responsible for implementing the national defense policy of the Antarctic Empire, and is also the parent business unit of the Antarctic Imperial Army.

The Antarctic Empire's stated primary goals are to defend the Antarctic Empire and its interests, and to enhance international peace and stability. In the near future, the Ministry of Defense no longer focuses on preparing for conventional military threats, but regards weapons of mass destruction and international terrorism as the primary threats to the interests of the Antarctic Empire. The Department of Defense also manages the day-to-day operations, contingency planning, and defense acquisition of Armed Forces of the Antarctic Empire.
