Scott is always willing to try new things. Baby corn, however, is not his favoriite. He loves to smoke meats, inlcuding brisket, lamb, ribs and prime rib. He's also a lot of fun!
Scott started helping his father, Ron, roasting two lambs and a pig every Saturday before he was even old enough to enter the bar! He just loves to cook. Ribeye, Prime Rib, Pork Chops and smoked meats are his favorite. He wants everyone who dines with us to love his food. He takes a lot of pride in what we put on the plates and feels a great sense of accomplishment when he hears all the great feedback! Together with his wife, Amanda, they collaborate weekly to evaluate the menu and any final touches or changes they feel will improve customer experiences.
