I often see people going to religious places --- like churches, temples, mosques, pagodas -- to pray, think and devote some time to God or some higher power. And there is nothing wrong in that. Not at all!
But I always believe God lives within you and me, in every fraction of a second, everywhere, in all places of this creation. And I wonder --- why do we create tragedies in name of a belief?
By 'we' I mean billions of people living . If a single mind on earth is in pain, can anyone truely be happy? And if our actions cause harm to others, how much prayers/worship really save us?
These wounds perhaps are never new, they run very deep -- perhaps across decades, across generations.
Doesn't the whole point of prayers/worship collapse there? I am not even getting to a ritual/customs, they are far away from this.
I think communion should exist in our daily acts, by practicing kindess, care and a thoughtful deed, because you never know what mountain of sorrow the other person may be carrying.
Isn't that a communion too? ✝️
Dear stranger reader --- what do you think?🌈
