Submission Guide

Submission Instructions

Submissions may present novel algorithms, theoretical insights, empirical studies, or applications of MARL. We welcome submissions of papers describing original research, work-in-progress, or position papers on topics including, but not limited to: 

• Multi-Agent Cooperation/Coordination

• Inter Agent Communication

• LLMs in MARL 

• Game Theory in MARL 

• Safety in MARL 

• Applications of MARL 

All submissions will be managed through OpenReview via the official submission portal here:
https://openreview.net/group?id=rl-conference.cc/RLC/2025/Workshop/CoCoMARL

Formatting Instructions: Submitted works must use the RLC Template and must be 4-8 pages excluding references and appendices. The RLC format cover page and broader impacts statement are Not Required. If included, the broader impacts statement will not count towards the page limit.

Review Process: 

• The review process will be double-blind.

• All submissions will be evaluated based on clarity, novelty, and relevance to the workshop.

• There will be no proceedings for CoCoMARL (non-archival), but accepted papers will be made publicly available on the workshop website. 

• Reviews and decisions will be publicly available in OpenReview for only accepted papers.

Posters and Presentations:  

• All accepted papers will be presented as posters during the workshop. 

• At least one co-author of an accepted paper is expected to register for RLC 2025 and attend the poster sessions.

Camera-ready Submission Deadline: July 29th, 2025 (AOE)
